What I Learned Today:
- Christmas is coming whether I’m ready or not.
- I can not eat just one cookie.
Question: Do you bake for the holidays or let someone else do the baking for you? I do some but not nearly as much as I did when the kids were little. There were years when I made many different cookies and chocolate covered pretzels.
Thanks for stopping by and do come again.

I don’t bake like I used to either. There aren’t many around the house any more, and those of us who are, don’t need lots of sweets. I do like to make tea ring each year, though, and a few other favorites.

Me, too. Very little baking, as I am the one who eats it all. There is a cookie exchange in our apartment building and I am thinking about it…..

How fun! A no calorie cookie exchange is the BEST type of cookie❤️. How lucky for you to be invited to join along.:)!

I baked all day yesterday, and finished about 9 p.m. All is getting sent to family today, hope the postman cannot smell the goodies. Then next week, do more for friends nearby, and then for ourselves and friends for Christmas Day. I love baking, rather than meat and 3 vege meals!!!

Sounds like fun! I followed you so I won’t miss it. I have baked lots of Christmas goodies over the years. This year I’m looking for healthier treats. Made Santa hats with a bannana slice a strawberry and a mini marshmallow. Those were a big hit at my party on Saturday.

I like to bake holiday cookies but don’t make as many as I used to now that the kids are grown and living away. I have no willpower when it comes to sweets so it’s best not to have too many around. My favorites are cut-out cookies made with cream cheese. They roll out so nicely. But I don’t know if I’ve ever met a cookie I didn’t like. I will be sure to check in for some new ideas!
